twinkle nail

Just another weird little manicure by yours truly. This one is done in a pearly pale pink, with just a dash of fairy dust on the ring finger. This combo makes me feel kind of princessy and feminine, and I firmly believe sparkles add a wintry loveliness to EVERYthing.

I used "Skin Food" brand polish (from Korea) for the pink base, and Essie "Set in Stones" for the accent nail. I'm finding it hard to paint my nails without at least a touch of the latter these days.  What's your favorite winter nailspiration?

Another girl I follow just did something similar to this-- it's such a pretty idea. I do the ring finger a different color all the time, but never thought about glitter.

I don't paint my fingernails. For some reason the paint doesn't dry. I can sit for an hour waiting and then I will grab something and smoosh, the paint is all wrinkly on one nail. I don't ever do heavy coats!
Toenails however, I will do. I usually opt for a dark red in the winter, though currently my piggies are bare.
I do like your sparkles. Makes me think of junior high.

I tried to email you that link but it keeps saying your email isn't valid. Can you just email me so I have something I can respond to directly? It didn't work when I responded to your comment email.

I used to always paint my little finger nail a different colour, for no particular reason other than to mix it up! haha
